Cowdogsaddles.com Free Trophy Saddle Award Program

Every year performance horse associations, western breed registrys and associations, and riding clubs search for ways to fund trophy saddles for yearend awards and major shows. Now, with this program available exclusively through www.cowdogsaddles.com, you can help your club win free Bob's Custom saddles! Here are the simple guidelines.

1. Registration: Every association, show sponsor, or club that wants to participate, must register at the beginning of the year, before the first eligible purchase. Registration is free-the Association must link cowdogsaddles.com to its home page and list www.cowdogsaddles.com as a sponsor. Contact your local association and get them to participate!
   
   
2. Eligible purchases: Each time an association member purchases a new Bob's Custom Saddle from www.cowdogsaddles.com (excludes sale items, used saddles and demo models,) within the registration year, the club must notify www.cowdogsaddles.com and provide proof of current membership of the purchaser. (Membership must have been paid prior to the purchase). Each 10 eligible saddles purchased in any given calendar year by eligible members, earns a $3450 retail credit, good for one base model basket stamped, lettered saddle with the cowdogsaddles.com logo on each side of the rear housing. Upgrades are available over the base model on a negotiated basis. Each saddle purchase by an eligible purchaser qualifies to earn a credit for only one registered club or association to be designated in the discretion of the purchaser. Pending orders are excluded from eligibility. The association is responsible for any and all sales taxes and actual shipping costs.
   
   
3. Failure to reach 10 eligible purchases in a given calendar year. If at the end of the year an eligible group club has earned less than 1 saddle, the club, upon request and re registration, shall have an additional 1 year (total of 2) to reach a total of 15 eligible saddles to receive one free Bob's Trophy Saddle. If the club that has failed to achieve 10 eligible saddles in year one, achieves a total of 20 saddles within the 2 year period, they shall have earned 2 saddles. The eligibility cycle terminates 2 calendar years after the first registration if a saddle has not been earned. Clubs can earn and will be awarded multiple saddles in any given registration for each 10 eligible purchases. Clubs shall be responsible for shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
   
   
4. This offer applies only to qualified purchasers of qualified saddles from www.cowdogsaddles.com. Any Association winning a free saddle shall provide www.cowdogsaddles.com sponsorship premiums for the next 12 months (including but not limited to ad placement, booth space, banners, membership marketing access, mailing lists, etc) by the registered clubs equivalent to the level of sponsorship for like sponsors of like amounts for that association. Failure to link cowdogsaddles.com to the site within 30 days of registration of the club or association, or provide sponsorship premiums earned to www.cowdogsaddles.com shall terminate and void any and all eligible club earnings earned until the default is cured. The sponsorship premiums earned by www.cowdogsaddles.com shall accrue upon delivery of each saddle or certificate for a saddle.
   
   
5. This is a promotional program for Prest Corporation, www.cowdogsaddles.com. This program is proprietary and copyrighted. www.cowdogsaddles.com retains the right to terminate this program with or without notice at the end of any calendar year. This program may be amended or clarified at any time without notice. Anyone earning a free saddle under this program shall be responsible for all shipping costs and any and all taxes or duty.
